In order to achieve our goal we  inform our members and all others  who are interested in the ideas of IAESS through various Online Seminars, Workshops and Congresses.

Our action-focused online seminars,  host specialists of various organizations and countries to present best practices in their field of studies. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with like-minded individuals working to promote the joy of skiing. Additional information on each session can be found in the respective registration information.

Workshops are being organized on a local basis, mostly through the National Associations Snowsports at Schools and Universities. Specific matters of Snowsport in Schools and Universities are addressed, e.g. teaching topics, structural matters. Workshops can be attended by interested members of IAESS.

Congresses are organized by the IAESS. The IAESS plans to organize a Congress, dealing with a special topic of Snowsports at Schools and Universities, every 4 years. Despite the announcement of international congresses held by the IAESS, this chapter is a mirror of the development of the IAESS from the foundation in Bad Gastein (AUT) in 1965 to the International Association of the Snow Sports System.

Logo

Along with our name change from IVSS to IAESS (International Association of Education in Science and Snowsports) came the need for a new Logo. With the help of Ana Pisot we created a logo that resembles our activities, beliefs and our love for nature. Click here to find out more about this new piece of art.
